About Us

Esmée was founded in Spreitenbach in 2017. We are a manageable team that works under one roof: from purchasing and photography to customer service – everything is handled in-house. That's what makes us unique.

Esmée is an interior and lifestyle brand that was founded in Switzerland in 2017 – as part of Marein AG, based in Spreitenbach. Our ambition has been the same from the beginning: to bring beautiful, thoughtful design into every home without the price becoming a barrier.

We are proud that practically everything we do happens in-house.

Our purchasing team develops the collections themselves, from the first design and sample testing to the choice of manufacturer.

Our marketing team designs the packaging. The mood images you see in the shop are created in our small studio on-site, and sometimes even at one of our homes. Then our e-commerce team puts everything online.

Our warehouse is in the same building, right next to the offices. And when you write to us, a member of our team will reply, not an external call center.

Esmée is our interior and lifestyle brand - but not the only one we stand behind. Our family also includes I AM CREATIVE (craft and hobby supplies), Paladin (security products), Werkstein, Noya and Stride. Perhaps you have already encountered some of them in specialist shops - we are represented at Manor, Coop City, Migros and many other partners.


It is important to us how and where our products are made. We work exclusively with certified producers and factories that pursue sustainable processes, reduce waste and guarantee fair working conditions. For us, this is not a marketing phrase, but a basic prerequisite for who we work with.


We recently decided to switch our shop systems to Shopify - with the aim of offering you a noticeably better user experience. We now also have a B2B shop, through which we make our assortment accessible to specialist retailers.
