The stainless steel cutting boards can be cleaned easily and simply in the dishwasher. They do not develop mold, unlike wooden boards, which can be susceptible to this with insufficient cleaning or damp storage.

After use, cut marks will be visible on the cutting board, a normal wear process that occurs with every cutting board, regardless of the material. The visible marks show that the material is softer than the knife blade and therefore protects it. Nevertheless, it is important to sharpen knives regularly to keep them sharp - because knives dull a little with every use, regardless of the cutting board material.
